Jaime Silva

Born and raised in Torrance California, Jaime has been in the Hearing Care Industry since 2000 Licensed in California and Arizona. Jaime is married to his beautiful wife Julia and has 3 children Anthony, Brianna and Nathan. Jaime loves to coach Little league baseball, play golf, travel and cook Gourmet meals for his family and friends in his spare time.

Anahita Moshfegh, AuD

Anahita Moshfegh, AuD, received a graduate degree in Audiology from Indiana University and her Doctorate of Audiology degree from University of Florida. She has been a practicing audiologist since 1997.  She has worked in a variety of settings including the VA and the UCLA Medical Centers. Her work experience include research, diagnostic, and hearing aid treatments. She is fluent in Farsi.

Jered Solow, Owner

Jered has been a part of his family’s hearing aid and audiology businesses for his whole life but her has “officially” been in the business for over a decade, since graduating with honors from UC Berkeley and working in the entertainment field as an Actor. Now he has expanded his operations to Southern California under the name California Hearing Center. He enjoys working at California Hearing Center and feels truly blessed to be able to enrich people’s lives by helping them to hear better daily. Jered believes that by helping people hear better, we are helping make a positive impact on each person and the community as a whole. This is a family business and we also treat our patients like family and have since 1982!

Rebecca Samii

Rebecca is the patient liaison at California Hearing Center in Los Angeles. She comes from a long background in administration and management and genuinely enjoys helping people. Rebecca is fluent in English, Swedish and Farsi. She values quality time with her family and loves animals.

California Hearing Center is proudly partnered with Valley Hearing Center in Northern California.

Valley Hearing Center is family owned has locations in Salinas, Monterey and Hollister. The Salinas location has been in the same location under that name since 1969. Larry J. Solow took over the practice in 1984. Jered joined the team in 2005 as dispenser and eventually became the director of operations.

Larry J. Solow PhD., Audiologist

Since 1984, Dr. Larry Solow has been the proud owner of Valley Hearing Center. Dr. Solow is a respected Audiologist who obtained his Bachelor of Arts in communicative disorders from California State University, Northridge (CSUN). Dr. Solow went on to receive his Ph.D. in Audiology from Pacific Western University. Prior to founding Valley Hearing Center, Dr. Solow was an Assistant Professor at CSUN and co-star of the Emmy nominated NBC show, “Say It with Sign,” alongside his wife of 37 years, Sharon.

Larry Solow is Jered’s father. He started valley hearing center, the family’s first hearing center in California.

Megan Solow, H.I.S.

Megan Solow Felthoven, a Hearing Instrument Specialist, has been part of the family business for almost 30 years and is excited to carry on the family tradition of excellence in hearing health care. Megan has been both a history and an American Sign Language (ASL) teacher, so communication has always been in her career description. She lives in Pacific Grove with her husband, who is also a Hearing Instrument Specialist, along with their daughters.

Robert Felthoven, NBC-H.I.S.

Robert Felthoven has been working with Valley Hearing Center for 12 years. He is a National Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist. He loves working with people and changing their lives by helping them hear and connect with their family and loved ones. Rob and his wife have three beautiful daughters and another on the way this summer. They also have a menagerie of 2 dogs, a cat and a rabbit that keep the kids busy.
